Registration can only be made online or by filling out the registration form and sending it by fax. The closing date for registration is 11.11.2020. Registration at the event is only possible in exceptional cases if the maximum number of participants has not been reached. Payment by direct debit is only possible until 05.11.2020. After this date, payment is only possible via PayPal or at the event (payment options cash/EC for an extra charge of 45 EUR).
You will be sent a confirmation of your registration per e-mail. Please note that your participation in the congress is not binding until payment has been received by DGAO e.V. The confirmation of participation/certificate will be sent to you by e-mail after the congress.
A cancellation is no longer possible after receipt of the registration confirmation. The registration of a replacement participant is possible against payment of a processing fee until before the start of the event. A separate registration of the replacement participant is required. The processing fee is 45 EUR.
Cancellation of the congress and necessary changes to the programme
The event may be cancelled for good cause, i.e. if the number of participants is too low, if a speaker cancels or falls ill, if the hotel closes or in case of force majeure. In case the number of participants is too low, the cancellation will be made no later than two weeks before the beginning of the event. In all other cases of cancellation for good cause as well as in cases of necessary changes to the programme, in particular a change of speaker, the DGAO will inform the participants as timely as possible. If an event has to be cancelled or postponed due to exceptional circumstances, the DGAO will immediately refund the participation fee paid. Further claims are excluded, except in cases of intentional or grossly negligent conduct by the legal representatives, employees or other vicarious agents of the DGAO.
